Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Associate I to manage
customer accounts and collections processes.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary advocate for receivables within the assigned
division
Manage collections, resolve disputes, and provide customer support
for billing issues
Provide regular updates and forecasts on receivables and potential
bad debt risks
Required Qualifications and Education
Associate's degree or 5 years of related experience
Solid experience in transportation collections to commercial
customers
Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and
VLOOKUP
Experience with large ERP accounting systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
effectively
