A company is looking for a Senior Resolution Manager to oversee
claims management and resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve
claims effectively
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain communication
with all parties involved in the claims process
Document claim activity and ensure compliance with policies,
procedures, and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
Active adjusters' licenses for required jurisdictions
Knowledge of industry standards and practices
Computer experience with claims and business software
