Apply today!Key Responsibilities
- Designs, develops, and oversees the implementation and
continuous improvement of comprehensive PAM solutions.
- Provides recommendations to leadership and contributes to
strategic planning and roadmaps.
- Works with collaborators across the organization to understand
business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provides guidance on the usage and capabilities of United's PAM
solutions to drive adoption and compliance.
- Ensures IAM solutions adhere to regulatory, compliance, and
internal requirements, aligning IAM security with United's overall
security strategy.
- Assists in maintaining IAM policies, standards, and
procedures.
- Supports Compliance in audit tasks and remediation
efforts.
- Researches and evaluates new technologies with a growth
mindset.
- Leads proof-of-concept projects to identify risks and impacts,
validating architectural recommendations.
- Contributes to discussions on system efficiency, recovery
strategies, and scalability to maintain high-quality IAM & PAM
solutions.
- Provides technical expertise and mentorship to junior PAM team
members and assists with critical issues as needed.United Airlines

required by law.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of experience with IAM concepts and platforms
- Understanding of Enterprise IAM in areas such as:
- Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance &
Administration, Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication
(MFA)
- Experience with authentication protocols and modern IAM
solutions like CyberArk, SailPoint, Ping Identity, BeyondTrust,
Duo, etc.
- Proficiency in PAM concepts, system design, and security
principles.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical
audiences.
- Effective interpersonal skills for team building and
inclusion.
- Project and time management skills, attention to detail,
problem-solving, adaptability.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without
sponsorship.
- Successful interview completion required.
- Reliable, punctual attendance.Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in STEM, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Computer
Science.
- Certifications like CISA, CISM, CISSP, vendor-specific PAM
certifications.
- Knowledge of standards and policies (ISO, NIST) and compliance
regulations (SOX, PCI, FAA, GDPR, PII).Post expiration date:
06/01/2025The base pay range for this role is $137,275.00 to
$187,000.00. Compensation may include bonuses and incentives based
on experience, education, and skills.Benefits include medical,
