This role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity for partnership after the first year.
Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $437,000 for the first year. Opportunity for profit sharing or partnership beginning the second year.
• Sign-On Bonus: $30,000
• Resident Program: $40,000 per year
• CME and Licensing: $1,000 per year allocated for CME or license and DEA expenses
• Paid Time Off: 20 weekdays per year
• Sick Days: 5 days per year
• Holidays: 7 paid holidays per year
• CME/Personal Time: 5 additional days for CME use and/or personal time
• Insurance: Health and dental insurance, malpractice insurance, and tail coverage
• Retirement: $401K retirement savings planAdditional Information:
  • After the first year, the provider transitions from an employee to an owner, gaining the autonomy to make decisions about tail coverage.
