Job Description:
Who we are: A Managed Service Provider located in Los
Angeles.
What we do: We provide IT support consisting to hundreds of our
clients across the country. We handle a large volume of incoming
calls from hundreds of our users.
* Looking for someone who is coming out of another Managed Services
company.
* Looking for someone who has a strong experience with various
ticketing systems (ConnectWise is highly preferred).
* The right candidate has a few years of experience as a TIER II
support analyst.
* The right candidate is able to support/troubleshoot various
Operating Systems, Microsoft Exchange Servers, Mobile Devices and
other.
